Fungus infection? Please help!!!

Wow. You need a vet to figure this out. Have the spots been increasing in number or size? For how long? Do any of the spots disappear after a couple of days? The reason I asked is to rule out bruises...but I don't see how this little guy could be banging himself up so badly. At the top of this forum there should be a listing of herp vets by region.
