looks like fred has extended an arm of friendship to one of his feeders either that or this locust is the master of stealth:)

Ha. Cute pic. But I'd get that locust ouf of there. That locust could be vampiric and gnawing on Fred's neck right now.
 
Don't worry the vamp locust is long gone I always clear out un eaten ones after about half an hour.I know crickets can be bites not sure bout locust but I pull them out to be safe
 
Not that I know of mat.he hasn't shown any signs of mbd at all.he has the twist in his casque since I got him.I've actually suspected a fall being the cause but health wise I like to think he's 100% since I've had him


I don't know how I put on that red thumbs down on the top but I can't take it down now ha

I know what you mean.I've seen veileds with slight twists or bends in there casque but nothing as severe as freds.is love to know what caused it.when I first got fred I didn't know that casques like that could be related to mbd I just though of it as a unique feature like a hooked nose.does anyone else have any opinions on it
 
He is probably thinking it is much better to ride the cham than be eaten by the cham.....bet that wouldn't happen next time he enters the cage.
