Good enrichment food?

i want to give my girl more enrichment! So what are the best bugs to bug that she can prowl around her enclose and hunt? (My black soldier fly larvae have started to emerge from their cocoons and am super excited to released them into Nachito enclose!)
Is there anything else besides bsfl?

I use black soldier flies and blue bottle flies for enrichment. IME the blue bottle flies hatch out faster and easier than the BSF. I have only found them for sale at rainbow mealworms. But I warn you these are straight up maggots. I take some out put them in a container so they pupate then leave the rest in my fridge so it slows their progression. Some will pupate in the fridge too. I take those out as they do and put them into a container to hatch out.
