Good food choices for a 3 month old

I bought a male veiled chameleon yesterday. He is about 2-3 months old; 4 inches long. What food should be on hand for him? I have crickets and meal worms so far. What do you recommend is best for/ and what should I avoid giving him or typical mistakes with a new chameleon?

That's a good start but limit the amount of meal worms as they are not nutritious and can cause impaction. I have a 4 month old panther and ordered a "chameleon sample pack" from lindasgonebuggie.com. It includes superworms, hornworms, bsf larvae, and crickets.

I agree with Blang just make sure the size is right on the feeders they should be smaller than the size of your chameleon's head so not to choke. Also I would include phoenix worms, calci worms, or whatever they are calling black soldier fly larva. What kind of Chameleon do you have? Have you read the care sheet for it? Lots of good info here https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/
