Good supplement schedule?

You can use either calcium without d3. That schedule is somethig I made specifically for you, I doubt anyone else will do that in a thread, or at least I haven't seen anyone do it but me.

Week one:
mon: calcium without d3
tues: calcium without d3
wed: calcium without d3
thurs: calcium without d3
fri: calcium without d3
sat: nothing
sun: calcium with d3

week two:
mon: calcium without d3
tues: calcium without d3
wed: calcium without d3
thurs: calcium without d3
fri: none
sat: calcium with d3
sun: vitamins

week three:
same as week one

week four:
mon: calcium without d3
tues: calcium without d3
wed: calcium without d3
thurs: calcium without d3
fri: none
sat: calcium with d3
sun: none

specific enough?
This is great information, i know it wasn’t specifically for me but thanks for taking the time to post it like this!!

You only want to use a calcium with D3 once every two weeks The multivitamin (without D3) is only used once every two weeks as well (not on the same day as the calcium with D3). And the calcium without D3 is used on all feedings, except when using the other supplements. Make sure the calciums don’t have phosphorus in them, either. And make sure the multivitamin you use does not have D3 in it. Also, this is an exptremely old thread, so starting your own will be better. What brands do you have?

Good, but you might want to switch to a multivitamin that has preformed Vitamin A in it, as it is unknown if chameleons can convert beta carotene to vitamin A. A good one is Zoo Med's Reptivite Without D3
