Letting go of a few male holdbacks to make some space for some new bloodlines. This guy is about 6 months old and showing great color. He has these awesome baby blue spikes running the length of his back that sit on a hint of red, looks like they were individually dipped in paint. Picture is from today after he shed this morning. An absolute steal at $375. Email or call me if you are interested or to see what else I have for sale. Also willing to trade for another bloodline.

The reason I say that (And I didn't mean to sound so negative, I just say things the way they pop into my head  ) is because I just discovered the screameleons site and everything is around that price or less....so I would assume that to be like the market equilibrium price. When someone says "a steal" I'm thinking half off...or at least no more than 2/3 the going rate.

Very nice looking chameleon though. :)

EDIT: My local reptile shop usually sells them for between 200 and 300 which is also why 375 sounds a little steep...I guess everything is relative.

Good luck with your Jacksons

That is actually a good price and a very nice looking cham at that! Your local pet store probably sells them so cheap because they are maybe a month old and they are just looking for a quick turn around. And nothing against screameleons, because they have some truely amazing animals, but the chams they normally sell are 3 month olds. If they had an older one for sale I am sure they would have the same(if not higher) price tag. As a chameleon gets older its price increases for many different reasons. Like I said he is a beautiful cham and I just wish I had the extra $ in my pocket and some spare room!;)

on teh neutral side, money is money, however I would rather buy a cham from an owner I trusted rather than a random online pet shop.

Apples to apples

Nothing against Screameleons, but theirs are not nearly as colorful as this one (yet). A younger less colorful panther is always priced lower than a larger more colorful one. I would assume that if Screameleons had a panther similar to this, the price would be over $375. I know I'd sell it for more than $375 if I was selling it.

I would agree with Tyler for a chameleon with color , it will be price much higher than what Lost Lake Chameleon (Josh) will ask. So, it will be quite a steal.... since you don't have to guess what this chameleon will turn out!!

(P/S - Josh.... 1.5 more months... Rekka's babies will be ready)

Just a quick heads up, I will only be shipping out chams on Monday of next week due to the holiday break. Otherwise, we will have to wait until the week after Thanksgiving. Thanks for all the comments and pm's about his guy. I have three others around the same age i will post up later tonight when i get home.

Is this guy still available. I'd guess not but.....?

If so are you interested in any reef equiptment or coral trades?

Thanks,
Kevin
