Gout or broken blood vessel?

So Chandler had a vine break while he was on it about a week ago and I noticed the day after that he has a bump on his left front leg. The bump has shrunk in size and is soft to the touch, my experience with gout from the tail end of my veiled chameleon's life was that the bumps were hard to the touch. I will be taking him to the vet to get it checked out but I wanna know what your guys thoughts are on it. His urates are glistening white and I know the gut load for his crickets is not causing the issue. His grip strength is also stronger than ever. He gets misted by a MistKing for at least five minutes every hour as any less and I can't keep his humidity up, he also gets three handmists a day as well.

Also very active. And the pictures of gout I've seen are more localized swelling and a larger arewhile the swelling he has is very small and defined. This is why I suspected a broken blood vessel. He also shows no signs of pain when it is touch and regularly uses his left front foot to grab stuff and support most of his weight. And by normal behavior, he literally doesn't sit still ever, he's always on the move including going to the lowest branch of his five foot enclosure every day at 10:30 am, exactly two and a half hours after lights on to take his daily poop. I read that it could be an infection hence the vet visit coming up to determine the cause of this lump.

Well the bump has gone down today so I believe it might just be a broken blood vessel from when he fell because the vine he was on broke.

Holding off on the vet for now because it does seem to be going down and his behavior has not changed which would indicate to me that it it is not gout or an infection as all the posts I have read on here for gout and infections have generally all presented differently. If it stops improving or grows I will be taking him to the vet as soon as possible.
