Hello, I have a 1 year old veiled chameleon and I was just wondering if i could feed her grasshoppers or locists please respond thanks.

Yes,

But make sure is not sprayed with poision. They are better than cricket, grasshopper is more like a natural.

I laughed at that.

Grasshoppers hop in grass.. not climb high in the treetops where chams live...

However, they are a great, nutritious feeder. Make sure there are no pesticides or herbicides where you got them.

If it's a bigger grasshopper, I would remove the back legs because they have prongs on them.
