She looks like my little lady when she's not gravid.
When mine is gravid, she looks like a balloon that's about to burst. Once she starts hanging around the bottom of her cage, I take her out and put her in a laying bin that has a sheet around it so no one can look into the bin so she has privacy...then after an hour or so, I'll peek through the sheet to see if she's digging. If she's not digging, I put her back in her cage, if she is, then I check on her every other hour until she lays. Downfall though is that she prefers to start digging in the afternoon/evening time and won't lay until the wee hours of the morning...so I'm up all night checking on her and misting occasionally.
