My chameleon has a growth right in front of his eye. Im new to this pet and would like any ideas or to know if its normal sometimes and / or if it can be removed. It affects him when he eats live crickets. He has poor aim and misses his target alot. His name is Rocco and he is a little over 2 1/2 yrs old. Thanks for any info

how long have you had him was it like that when you got him?

Could you post a picture of his eyes and also fill out the help form @Nemesis posted. To me it sounds like you don't mist your cham enough so he can't clean his eyes properly.

The colors not right. My phones kinda broken. But heres a pic

looks like an abscess, needs a vet visit.

Hmm, I disagree. Has more of a solid tissue appearance rather than an abscess. Hard to say for certain from that pic but it looks a little lumpy or warty, not just a swelling under the skin like an abscess. OP you need a vet visit. It could certainly be a benign growth of some sort. It could affect his ability to focus and aim at feeders. I also think he may have had poor care before you got him, possibly some nutritional deficiencies. Please fill out the form so we can check your care.
