He is probably in a lot of pain because of that broken front leg and the red light is most likely also disturbing him...

I agree with @Remkon I would be grumpy too from the severe pain that MBD causes and the red light would be very irritating too. Insult to injury

My panther looks grumpy all the time. Decades ago, there was a kids show on Saturday called Here Comes The Grump. I usually greet my cham in the morning as "The Grump".

Not ALL chams are grumpy....but most are (including Stark 1/3 of the time) I would also advise to get rid of the red light

It gets cold in our house, so I kinda need that red light. Down here it gets into the 20's during winter sometimes.

You need to get over my chaneleon having MBD. Please, you can tell that story to someone else than people on the forum. I have told 3 times that a VET said he doesn't have MBD. Please think about what you say, and thank you

I just bought a reptile heating mat on eBay that was real cheap. You can find lots of them there. They are less expensive to use because they use much less wattage than a bulb.

Just search for 'heating mat' in the pet or reptile section. It may take 2 or 3 weeks to arrive, but the prices are low. You may need a 14 w or 25w pad, and the temp is adjustable.

I meant during the winter ouside, it will be 20 degrees. I'm trying to say the cold outside might have a effect on the temperature inside.
