Gutloading crickets with Mulberry

I recently ordered 100 silkworms along with mulberry food. I made the mistake of leaving the silkworms in a container that ants could get into, and 75% of my silkworm population got depleted. Now I have all this mulberry food but no silkworms to feed them to, so I was thinking I can just gutload my crix with it so my Jacksons will get close to the same nutritional value. I may be ordering more silkworms in the future but it would probably be a lot more so I'd need more mulberry food anyways, and want to make the most out of what I have right now.

mulberry leaves and berries are good gutload choices for crickets.
the chow isnt bad either. so go ahead and use it if you like

I am in the same position. My panther does not want to eat any silkworms, but I have tons of chow.

that sucks...my jax actually love the silkies but the fire ants got to them first =(
