Gutloading

i will put all my gutloading ingredients in a blender with some water and put them in an ice cube tray which will last me a few weeks. i am a new cham owner and was just wondering what your guys' gutloading methods are. I am just not sure that the crickets are being gutloaded properly. i use kale, carrots, apple, oranges, spaghetti and butternut sqaush. i know this is probably a dumb question but i just want to ensure that the feeders are being loaded properly.
