Gutloading

i just wanted to make sure everything i'm feeding is safe and nutritious. Most of what i read says fruits and veggies, but don't know if some were better/worse than others. I use organic for for everything... carrots(all colors, purple atm), kale, spinach, green apples, banana, purple cabbage. Along with cricket buffet. That's what i have around the house atm and have been using. Any advice would be great. I could always grab something different, i'd like to keep to a list/routine as much as possible to keep things as simple.

Your list looks good! I primarily feed my feeders carrots, kale, and mustard greens with the occasional orange or apple slice. I cant find the thread but I've read that too much apple or orange (possibly another fruit) is not a good gutload. But as long as it is varied, it will be good for the feeder and ultimately your chameleon.

Great thanks, i was just a little paranoid some things may be dangerous. I heard high potassium foods can be bad?
