Gutloading

I have a veiled :) I am not a fan of crickets really - but when I do have them around, I feed them Cricket Crack (bought on Amazon) and fresh veggies/fruits other times. Here are some of the same veggies/fruits for chams: dandelions, collards, kale, endive, escarole, carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, sweet red peppers, zucchini, etc. and fruit pears, apple, melon, berries, etc. So I feed the crickets the same stuff :)

Cricket Crack is good, but I noticed my new crickets from a different breeder don't seem to like the cricket crack as much as the store bought crickets did. I use a product made by Rapashy called Bug Burger. The banded crickets I get eat this up. I still mix in a little Cricket Crack to use it, but when it's gone I probably will stick with the bug burger.

i want to ask about green turnips,
in my place, they only sell the roots part of turnips.
can i give the roots part to gutload the cricket ?
