Well i think that i got my cham addicted 2 superworms. Anyone else chams addicted 2 superworms. Mine doesnt even look at crickets anymore :D

Mine are Fiends for Supers... Just make sure you are gutloding them...otherwise they are not very nutritious.

I started using Supers months ago. They are SOOO much better than nasty old crickets. Not to mention it is way easier to hand feed with Supers.

Just make sure they are still getting those crickets, more nutritional benefits.

I still mix up my little guys diet, wax worms for treats or cage cleaning day, order of hornworms roughly every 2 months, phoenix worms when my fav petstore gets them (not to often  ), the occasional preying mantis or ciccada outta the yard, and his staple of supers. You can use supers as the main staple as long as you gutload properly.

The only way right now i can get my guy to eat somtin besides supers and a two or three day fast is to pile cricks onto a super most times has to eat through cricks to get to super :)

I have one that will NOT eat a super, crickets and roaches only please, he says to me.
I have one that practically insists on supers, hold the crickets and roaches and pass the supers please.
I have one that says, mmm food, give me whatever ya got, but I'd especially like a roach.
I have two more that say, well that doesnt look like a stick bug, and I'm sure I ordered stick bugs for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Picky, Spoiled beasts.

I do try to make them eat a variety, rather than give in to their whims. I think its healthier for them to eat different things. Mostly they go along with it, cuz they havent much choice.

If you want your super eater to eat something else, then dont offer him anything but crickets for several days in a row. Eventually, he'll be hungry enough to switch back to crickets. Or offer him something else, like silkworms or butterworms or stick bugs or wood sows or.... anything to break the habit?
