Handling Chameleon

Ive seen a lot of posts saying Cham doesn’t like to be handeled. My Cham is also one of these. If I stick my hand in his cage he goes to the top of screen or heads deep into the plant so I can’t reach him. So I’ve learned if I open the cage door and let him walk out on his own he has no problem climbing onto my hand and chill for awhile. Hope this helps others with shy Chams.
