Having a hard time balancing heat and humidity

He y'all I have been trying to keep my chams cafe at about 80 and her humidity at 80-90% but every time I mist it brings down the temp and when I try to bring the heat back up (it takes a while) it's humidity goes down! I trying to keep it balanced but it's been difficult

You don't want to maintain the cage humidity level at 80-90%. That's too high. What you want is to create cycles of higher and lower humidity throughout the day. What you don't want is for the humidity to drop below about 50% and stay there for the majority of the time. It should go up a lot after you mist...which is fine. Right after you mist the temp will drop some but I wouldn't worry too much about that. It will warm up again pretty quickly.
