I would say go to a vet... But see what other members got to say about it, I never had to deal with MBD

Yes, it looks bowed to me. If we could see more pictures of the cham from different angles.
Hun take pics of your supplements so I know exactly what your giving. They are not all created the same so it is important to know exacts on this.
And yes he is showing signs of MBD in that back left leg. I am not seeing it in the other limbs yet. Get the T5HO ordered asap.
Hun this is not the worst case we have seen here. Only showing in one limb right now. He can come back from that very easily. We need to get the right lighting and I need to see your supplements to see what needs to be changed.

Handle him once every 1 to 2 days... You can still handle him but you want to be very gentle with him... Bones will break easier with the MBD. Does not take much to break a rib right now. So make sure its him holding on to you not vice versa and make sure your sitting on the floor or your bed so if he falls it is soft.
Feed every day crickets and worms What type of worms? How many feeders total every day?
Calcium with and without d3 and use multivitamin Ok so you can use the two powdered supplements you have... But you will need to buy a different one for the multivitamin. The schedule will be 6 days a week calcium without D3. Then 2 times a month calcium with D3 and 2 times a month the multivitamin. These two get rotated week to week on one day. I would get Reptivite without D3.

Watering morning and lunch and dinner time on human time How long are you misting for?

Lighting is T5ho liner long bulb and 75 watt heat bulb... Ok so we know now that it is a T8 fixture. and you have the link for the T5HO fixture you need to order in the 24 inch size. 9 inches to basking branch below this new fixture with the 5.0 bulb. And you want a 9 inch drop from the heat bulb too. a 75 watt puts out a lot of heat. You do not want him to get a thermal burn from being to close.

Basking temp should be about 80-82 not hotter.
Humidity: 40-55% this is good.
No live plants but I might get some These are important. Use this link and get veiled tested plants that it shows. A large umbrella plant would really fill out the cage well. It is ok... It will be ok. but changes are needed and fast. We need to stop the progression of the MBD. Are your parents supportive in helping you buy stuff?
So he has to have the T5HO and that link is the cheapest I have found them. Then you need the temp gauge. And you need the reptivite without D3 multivitamin. it will be about $100 for these but you have to have them honey.
