Your chameleon: male veiled chameleon, age is unknown pet shop said about 5 months looks about 5 months. typically they do not like to be messed with while shedding. visibly healthy but does not mean there are not hidden health issues.
Handling: I’ve handled 3 times now
Feeding: Dubia roaches he won’t eat much. These should not be the only feeder. If it is a feeder he is not used to he will not go for them. Typically they are raised on crickets. Size also matters nothing bigger then 1/2 feeder for this sized cham. Should be eating 5 feeders every other day.
Supplements: tropical calcium supplement by “Thrive” Dusted most feedings . Other supplements include rep-cal phosphorous free calcium with vitamin D and “repashy superfoods calcium plus lo d... It is important you show us the supplements... I am not familiar with the thrive brand and it is not one that is typically used. The repcal with D3 would only be used 2 times a month every other week at one feeding. The LoD if it is the one I am thinking it is would be an all in one supplement. Meaning it is designed to be the only supplement used because it has everything in it. So you need to know what type you have and what you should be using so you do not over supplement him.
Watering: spray with a gardening mister as needed as well as a little dripper.
fecal description: black poop white yolk
History: Got him from LLL reptiles ... Get a fecal done by a vet to check for parasites if he does not start eating.

Temperature: 68f- 80f. Lowest overnight temp around 60f. I measure my temps with a thermometer gun. Temp guns only measure the surface temp. I would get a wired temp gauge for the basking branch below the heat to ensure your temps are not hotter.

I would say so.the white on his cask is from shed?
Looks like it... But he is also way to close to the basking... So I don't know if that has something to do with it as well.the white on his cask is from shed?
