Healthy clutch size? What is it?

My female veiled just layed her first clutch of eggs (not fertile). She laid 49 of them. I know this is on the high end, what is a good number, meaning preferable health wise (besides 0), for her to have? I want to control her diet better to fit a healthier lifestyle.

In the low 30's would be ideal.
