HELP! Cacoons!

Hey guys.. my silkies are turning into caccoons.. what the heck do I do with them? let them mature? or toss them out? My GF is going to freak the heck out when she sees these things lol:D I don't really have anything to keep them in.... I guess I can peal them from the container I have them in now and place them into a breathable container.....

This is the quick and dirty of it:

Get a small cardboard box, place toilet paper rolls or pieces of egg crate in it, and place the cocoons in there. BUT do not remove the cocoons from where they are now until the silkworm has completely finished spinning it. If you disturb a spinning silkworm, it will stop spinning, start over, and may not have enough "spin" (really spit) left to do another. If you have more silkies that look like they're about to spin cocoons, place them in there now. Keep the box in a warm dark place. No need to cover it. Depending on the temperature, in a few weeks they may hatch out, mate, and lay eggs. Once they hatch out you quickly place the hatched out ones (moths) in a separate egg laying container with the bottom of the container covered with torn brown paper bag pieces. They will join their behinds together and mate. Once they've laid their eggs, you place the eggs in the fridge for at least 1 month (but 3 is better) and then take the eggs out and place them in a warm place to hatch.
