I noticed that he was'nt him self for a good few months now, was'nt moving much, could'nt climb, not pooping etc. I took him to the vet, and he gave hin a calcium shoot and some anti-biotics, which picked him up slightly. The vet said that my set up was fine, i'm misting his tank a few times a day, showering and feeding him water and wax worms by hand.
The poor thing is still the same, he looks fine in himself eyes not sunken and quite alert, but cant move much - and ive noticed he's getting sores now because he does'nt move. What should I do????

What species is he?
what kind of lighting are you using?
What temperature?
You said, "tank" is this what he is in or is it a screen cage?
What are you supplementing with?

He's a vailed chameleon. Its a screen cage, with a uv bulb and a heat lamp with thermostat, Temp mid 80's during day. And his having nutobal on his waxworms.

Sorry to hear about your little guy's troubles.

Where are his sores? If you could provide a photo, that would be very helpful. The more experienced on this forum will no doubt help you with the sores issue. "Sores" is a fairly generalized term, so I'm not sure quite what you mean.

Waxworms are not an appropriate diet for a cham. They are used only as an occasional treat. They do not have the nutrition he needs. Even with the Nutrobol sprinkled on it. From what I read online, the Nutrobol also does not have sufficient calcium in it for your cham. You should get him eating gut-loaded crickets as soon as possible. You could also try superworms (but not as his exclusive diet) and silkworms, roaches. I'm not a nutritionist, but it sounds like the problem is his diet. Change his diet and you will likely see great improvement.

When was the last time he pooped? Did the vet examine his poop?

What type of UVB light are you using?

What is the temperature gradient in his enclosure? Bottom temp, midrange temp, basking temp.

What hours do you have the lights on?

It is likely that your set up is fine, as the vet said. But the diet is off. Here is a great source for comprehensive info on raising veiled chams (it's done by one of the moderators on this forum):
