Help!?! Male or Female

Hi everyone

I have a panther chameleon and is starting to show colour. I would really like to know if it is a female or male and hope that somebody might be able to help. At first when it was small the colours were green or even white, and now it is showing colours of red, peach, purple, a little aqua and lime green. There is a bump at the tail be am unsure really how big it needs to be to be called a male... Could anybody help?

Thank You everyone, I seem to see a small buldge but was not sure if females have a little one at all or not. Thank You its good to now know it is a Girl, but now comes ... I guess lots of hard work with that but all well worth it
