Went mulberry hunting today with my lady. I am pretty sure we found Morus Alba, but I would love some more confirmation.

What do you guys think?

I say that's the correct one.
Perhaps, some others can agree or disagree.

Thanks for the reply Franz. A good number of them seem to be munching happily away. There is a HUGE tree just down the street. Sadly the lowest leaves are like 7 feet up. Luckily I am 6 feet tall, but local short chameleon owners would have some trouble. :)

hey does anyone know if there are any that naturally grow in South Texas? and/or what i should look for in one if it does?

Looks like the right tree to me. Now you wont have to order chow when you order your silkworms from me. :D.......:p.......;)

To tell you the truth, now that I have free food, getting bulk silkworms is no skin off my back.

If I plan a trip to the valley, I will let you know beforehand for sure. Your prices are pretty spectacular.
