Help me Pweeease!

okay guys wanna make this one quick. Im going to be buying a male Adult Yemen cham soon and need help.

I have done a lot of research and the only thing im unsure about know is food!

I know what foods to feed him and i know how to dust and gutload the bugs but what im unsure about is when and how much bugs am i ment to feed him per day, do i feed him every other day.......

so i just want to know what you guys do and if you have any weekly schedules that you follow for feeding your cham.

I feed my trio every other day. I dust with calcium (no D3) every feeding, and use vitamin dust once a week. As for how much, I make sure each get between 8 and 15 adult size crickets or similar size food item each feeding.

Feed him 6 to 8 feeders every other day or 3 times a week.
