Help! Pink blob hanging out my males but!

Can Anyone tell me what is going on with my male chameleon there is a pink blob hanging out his bum. At first I thought he was just pooping but then I noticed it was still attached to him and got bigger and more pink once the wet poop smeared away in worried he’s in pain and not sure what I should do any advice would be much appreciated.

Looks like a prolapse of his male sex organs. Keep it moist with KY jelly. He will need to see the vet

That's a severe prolapse, which said needs to be moist with KY jelly. He needs a vet asap but I'm also concerned your boy has some severe MBD!!
With kind of UVB light are you using?

This is a medical emergency! As has already been said…the pink material needs to be kept moist with K-Y jelly until you can get to a good chameleon vet TODAY!

Soaking the prolapse in (granulated white) sugar water might help take down the swelling.

If your chameleon does have MBD, the muscles can be weakened and may be part of the reason for the prolapse.

After it’s put back in, it’s usually recommended to have the vet put in a purse string or stay stitch to keep it in place but still allow the chameleon to poop.
