One thing that is not necessarily the problem, but could be changed to help would be replacing the repti-sun 10.0 with the 5.0. Almost everyone recommends the 5.0, i'm not 100% why because I myself just got my cham, but i noticed you have the 10.0 on the form you filled out above. Here's a link with a discussion.

I'd also recommend Pming some experienced members if you need help, they are always willing to help me out, and are always giving the best they can.
Best of luck to you! :)

Definitely change out the 10.0 to a Reptisun(if you can get it) 5.0 tube, not coil. Also, Nutribol, its that a multivitamin? If so, I would cut back on the amount of that to two or three times a month. Are you supplementing with any calcium with d3? If not you should be, twice a month or so on that also! Also you have the basking bulb suspended 6 inches above, then how far down is your basking branch from the top? What I am saying is, the gap could be too far and he might not be getting the required heat he needs to digest his food. Also, at that age he should be getting more food! I don't know what you call medium sized crickets. He should be getting 12-15 a day if they are small enough. I know you said he is not eating, but if we can get the problem solved and he gains his appetite back I would feed more..

If your temp gauge is working properly then i dont see any problems with your temps. He COULD be closeing his eyes due to the 10.0 bulb. I would def change that asap. Then see if his behavior changes. I dont think that the 10.0 bulb would cause him to stop eatting though. I would try changing feeders for a week or so then see if his appetite increases. And 10-12 feeders is the normal amount most of the people on this forum feed per day for juvie chams. After he hits 9-10 months you can prob cut him back to every other day as his growth will be slowing. ;)
