Help! Supplement Brands??

Hey my friends I need help on choosing the correct supplements for my male ambilobe panther chameleon 5 months old. He will be arriving next week. So far I obtained 3 supplements for him. First of all, I got the STICKY TONGUE FARMS MINERAL-ALL CALCIUM INDOOR PHOSPHOROUS FREE WITH VITAMIN D-3....I also got the STICKY TONGUE FARMS MINER-ALL CALCIUM OUTDOOR PHOSPHOROUS FREE WITHOUT D-3....& last I obtained REP-CAL HERPTIVITE MUTILVITAMINS WITH BETA CAROTENE. Let me know if these 3 supplements are perfect for him. I also know the schedule for dusting. Tell me if I am correct. Use the calcium without D3 every feeding. Use the calcium with D3 twice a month, as well as use the multivitamins twice a month as well. Well my friends let me know if I chose the correct brands and supplements as well if my future dusting schedule is correct. Thanks my friends!

That particular D3 product could be used 4 times a month.

you might occassionally want to add pre-formed vitamin A (retinol), depending on how you gutload and what prey you offer

Thanks for the advice. Ill be sure to check those links out. What about you guys what kind of supplements do you use on your chameleons & how often?? Thanks

what I do is mentioned in a general way in one of the links above. I also keep a daily log of what my chameleons eat, including what (if any) supplement was used. The food diary is posted here most months: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/food-diary/

I use Rep-Cal, StickyTonuges Mineral-O, Herptivite, and recently also started using Repashy Calcium plus. Obviously, not using all of these together on the same day. I choose what to supplement with, if anything, based on the prey being offered that day and what they prey was gutloaded with (not all feeders need to be dusted).
