Help with my Jackson’s Cham

Please help with wattage and temps for my Cham Branch! The vet I don’t normally go to has given some poor advice I believe and need assistance. What should the exact backing temp be and night temp? How much uva and uvb including wattage? Here are some pics of his set up.
And suggestions are appreciated

Also how often should my mister be put to come on and should I drench them also if the have a monsoon mister?

I run my mister 5 times a day and run a fogger for several hours at night. For the Monsoon use the longest setting it has at least 4 times a day. You may need to hand mist to get a good long misting several times a week.
