We need some photos (a couple really helps) with the tail straight out behind it in order to sex it accurately. As for the locale, we can't really help unless it is male and has a decent amount of color. Generally, you can't tell the locale of a female, and even with males, there is no way to be 100% sure unless you get it from a reputable breeder that has proven lines. We can guess with males though, particularly when they have their adult colors.

Definitely a male.
As Kara said, it may be hard to tell the locale right now. Can you try to take some clearer pics.

new pics of SVEN

I got these this morning after he/she ate im hoping its a boy since I have already named him/her SVEN, but either way I'll lover him/her the same I hope these pics help you all with the task of helping me sex and identify my Panther. let me know if I need better ones then these I don't even know how old he/she is but I have had him/her for a month now and he or she has Shed once already and eats every morning 5 Crickets and he/she comes to the door of the cage when I get home and I turn on his/her light and I hand feed him/her kinda kewl that I was able to get rid of the cricket cup in the cage after only a month of owning him/her I love being able to hand feed It alows me to spend time with my Panther every morning and I love it!!
the 1st pic is his/her enclosure at this time plan on building a taller one this spring.

He's 100% male and as if now he looks like a Ambanja but you better asking again in 5-6 months as there colours can go threw a massive change as there growing on

Sven

Thank you so much so he is 100% male!! I'm so happy my only regret is I wish I would of bought him from a breeder instead but I have Sven now and I am totaly happy with him especially now that he is hand fed every morning. I herd this is rare and sometimes impossible to achieve with chameleons sometimes
