I'm a newbie and will be getting a sub adult male panther chameleon in two days. I've been doing lots of reading and I'm really confused on the light situation. The guy that is helping me with the setup bought 2 UVB100 bulbs and 2 UVB200 bulbs to go on top. Is this right? Wouldn't I also need a basking light? Do I need anything to mimic the moonlight?

Welcome to the Forums! Too much UVB can be negative for the chameleon. You will want a 10.0 UVB light(linear florescent is best in my opinion), a basking light and a grow light. I throw the grow light in there because I'm hoping that there will be lots of live plants in your new chameleon's enclosure. You do not need to mimic the moonlight. In fact, your chameleon will want complete darkness. No heat source or lights at night at all. If you will post a pic of your enclosure, it will be easy to see if everything is in order for the new arrival. Have you done research on supplementing, hydration, gutloading the feeders, etc..? This is a great place to get all the information you will need to be successful at raising your cham. Congratulations on the upcoming arrival!!

I have the largest exoterra terriaum with some branches, fake vines, and some live pothos. I wasn't expecting my chameleon so soon and haven't really set everything up yet. I'm having a really hard time securing the branches on the glass terrarium. I'll be running around tomorrow trying to find something that will work.

I also have the automatic mister. I feel like no matter how much I have read, I still feel really nervous that I'm missing something for him!

Awesome! What I like to do is take all my branches and set them up outside the terrarium. Create a good design with vertical and horizontal branches and then secure them together with zip ties. I have attached a pic of one of my Exo terra 36x36x18. All the branches in the enclosure are secured to each other, nothing to the glass. What automatic mist system did you get? If you're nervous, that means you care! Just keep informing yourself as much as possible through research and ask the questions that you can't find an answer for. Don't put so much pressure on yourself that you don't enjoy the entire process. :)

I have the exoterra mister! I love how tropical your terrarium looks! I definitely need to add more foliage and branches to mine. I tried securing branches to the glass with suction cups and zip ties. Maybe I am just over reacting and second guessing myself!

You can also look in the enclosure setup section on this forum. I believe most are cages, but I'm sure you'll be able to find some photos to help kick start your own setup.
