Hey girl.

Aaaagh! OMG- too gorgeous!
Amazing panther photo.
The close up of the female really lets you appreciate and study the shapes of the scales and the subtle colours, it's like being face to face with a prehistoric animal. Thank you so much. Inspires me to get painting my female although I've not seen her sport such nice hues. She goes chequerboard green and yellow when slightly annoyed :)

Calumma! I'm getting the name on this picture- I've just been searching posts about parsons- as you do- just seen the picture of the big yellow girl sleeping- and this picture too- you have so many great pictures- I'm drooling! I've got my two but I'm astounded at the beauty and uniqueness of these animals .

I'm blown away by how beautiful females of this species are. A few of my females turn yellow when sleeping. There's a lot a variation in male OE's also. I think they're all cool. :)

Yep- that's the picture- really amazing- such a colour and such a sculptural shape. During the day my female is uniformly green, she doesn't go quite that yellow at night but i do love to sneak in and see her and the others sleeping.
Its funny you say about variation- i have yet to see a photo of a boy the same age as mine that looks the same colour- I'm worrying I have a defective one! :D
Hes not yet turned turquoise usually greens- and doesn't have the white mid spot either. I hear colour change is quite rapid- my xanth has been brown for months and within two weeks he got his green big boy colours.
- hangs head in shame because of naff photos but here's mine - as you say you can see they are all different .
