His first free range plant in the kitchen

TOOO CUTE!!!!

I'd be terrified I'd lose them, freeranging!!!! And I couldn't cope with the bugs bein free!!!! :eek:

When you free range, you dont free range the bugs too.
you cup feed or hand feed.

not to mention, when you free range, if the area he has to roam is sufficient, he shouldnt wander off his plant. but if he does, high places, and sometimes weird corners, and windows. (or in my case, 20 feet away on some tv cables :rolleyes:)
 
He only has one plant right now it is about 4 feet tall and i keep it up on my kitchen table by the wall.... he actually just crawled around a little bit by the wall but then went right back into the plant and hung out here and there... he stayed out for about an hour. I was surprised how well he did cause it was kinda loud as my 12 yr old was at table doing homework and my fiancee was on computer looking at houses and one yr old running around screaming but it didnt freak him out!! I hand feed him worms and crickets when he is out....

The only other place he was before he got in plant he climbed down off my fiancee s head and onto the kitchen table and up onto the laptop lol

They essentially are deaf.
they can feel vibratiosn from sounds,, but cant hear loud noises like we can.

yea. ive made loud obnoxious noises in my study moving stuff and yelling to get someones attention, and they dont flinch. but if the table they are on shakes and a plant moves, then they notice.
 
cute cham, the fr looks good :) They sometimes do wonder to another fr or if they are ready to lay eggs. clair never wondered untill her big girl colors came in and now that she has she likes to visist my other cham. :D
