If any of you have dealt with mbd and have asked for advice for it, and I happened to respond you more than likely have heard of the elusive and amazing Jackson known as Hope. There may even be those here who remember from me posting my first post on her and asking for help. Well I decided it was time for some update pictures for all of you who I have given some vague promises of posting pictures soon. She is amazing, my beautiful girl, my petite chameleon that embodies all that perserverance, patience, and the sheer will to live that a six inch scale frame possibly could. How she contains such greatness within her tiny body I do not know, I am just so grateful she allows me to bask in it every day and enjoy just taking care of her.

So this is Hope three months into her recovery. I plan to post another picture of her profile and body soon to show the improvement in her limbs and general bone formation. If you focus on her front limb in this picture there is an unnatural position that's because she has pretty much a second elbow, though it isn't actually an elbow, I can only assume it was a badly healed break for it to be that severe of an angle. She would often rest on the extra bend in her forelimbs when she was building up muscle strength again. Now the angle in her forelimbs is far less severe as you will see in the next picture and I am happy to say I rarely see her resting on it anymore.

I like to think she is, though technically she is a perpetual attitude giver lol. She is however much more pliant cause she trusts me more and hand feeds readily

So I have realized Hope can shoot her tongue a relatively long distance considering her problems a couple times during a feeding. However during each long distance shoot, she needs to do some extremely short shoots, in order to rest it I think. This is still an extreme improvement. My beautiful girl.
