Hover flys safe chameleon food?

Hello I was glancing threw a list of insects in my area and one that my family commonly calls sweat bees more commonly known as hover flys really popped out and I was wondering if they are chameleon safe. They can't sting or bite. And they drink nectar I'm thinking safe.
