How big will he get??

I would like to know the max size for male a veiled... in captivity of course.

I have picture but they are to big to post take a look at my gallery if you want to see them.

Veileds can reach a total length of 2 feet, but this isnt very common.
I would look in a range between 16-18 inches.

in captivity they reach anywhere from 12 to 18 inches with the potential to get up to a whopping 24 inches!

what would allow them to grow so big?? Is it genetics, food, habitat or a combo of these. I guess the answer would be an educated guess at best. I would like for mine to get as big as he can without having any health problems. any thing I could do ??? Also I have no idea how old he is, Anything visual that could give me a good idea??

provide a very large enclosure,healthy diet,emaculate husbandry and hope that genetics/bloodline and luck take care of the rest.. yes.. the florida wc's tend to be huge..i believe lostlake still has one for sale.
