How can we view all the winners from a given year?

As the title says, I'm just wondering. I'm not seeing an easy way to view say, the winner from March or a given month. Maybe if we had a rotating image in a corner of the home page that cycled thru the winners by month it would be easier, might look nice too on the site.

That's still a lot of clicking.

If we had a nice a little thing on the home page that just rotated through all the 1st place photos every 15 seconds or so, that would look cool. Easier to see all those nice photos.
