How do I encourage my baby carpet chameleon Karen to eat?

My 4 mo. old baby carpet chameleon Karen has a hard time finding fruit flies in the condiment cup I put in her enclosure, they are dusted with vitamins. She has a better time finding them around the enclosure if they escape but then I’m not sure how many she’s eating or if it’s enough for her little growing self. My enclosure isn’t big enough for a milk jug bug run, has anyone tried smaller bug climbing runs or any other tricks to make sure she’s eating enough?

Hi. Many suggest putting a small piece of banana to where you want the fruit flies to gather. I’ve no idea how to figure out how many she eats. Just make sure you offer plenty a couple of times a day.
