How do I know if they're getting enough to eat?

My juvenile female veiled hasn't been touching her crickets much the last few days. She's an estimated 5 months old, not totally sure though. Her body is about as long as my thumb, not including the tail, and she weighs 19 grams. She normally eats 5 crickets twice a day and poops on average three times a week. She's drinking fine, maybe even more than normal. I'm concerned about stress, as we traveled with her to the vet three days ago to get her checked out. She has only eaten once since then and her crickets are untouched. We feed her loose crickets, dusted every other day. I even tried putting her in the cricket house and she wouldn't eat them.
