How do you feed your worms?

hello, I have a 4-5months old female veiled chameleon, I have only seen her hunt free roaming crickets and haven't seen her eat worms.

I made a feeding container for crickets at first (picture 3) but no success from what I see. So I made a new taller but less wide out of a milk carton. (Picture 4)

I'm planning using container (picture 3) for worms and the milk carton for crickets.
I tried hand feeding but she still hissing at me when I put my hand in I work from 6am - 5pm so I don't have a chance to watch how her eating behaviour is.

I have waxworms, mealworms, butterworms, superworms, silkworms, Phoenix worms and crickets.

Questions I have is
-how do you feed your chameleon worms?
-how many should a 4-5 months female veiled eat?
-what do you do to get your chameleon to cup feed?
Most important question is

how do you feed your Phoenix worms? (Since they are so tiny)

I would personally cup feed if he is a baby-When I had one before I cup fed and he would wait every morning sitting on the cup after he warmed up for his breakfast. Make sure his worms are small for him.Others will come a long soon for their ideas. hope it helps you a little.

Butter and wax worms are very fatting would only use them as a treat now and again. The idea is a varied diet. and someone on the forum made a feeding cup and it's very simple to make with mesh attached to it and worms crawl up it to get his attention. The best time to feed is in the morning once he wakes up. Hope I helped you. Beautiful set up you have there.

you can hand feed phoenix worms so he will associate good things from your hand. You can also buy medium size in the worms if he's 4-5-months old he should be able to handle medium ones.

Thanks appreciate your advice. Will give it a try especially with Phoenix works by hand feeding. Tried it yesterday but she hiss and walked away, will keep trying

It could be your hand that she don't like just put worms in and leave h/she be and come back later and see if they are gone good luck buttons
