Looking for someone to give me a comparison on the Dragon strand Atrium. Looking to buy the large Clearside atrium. Also considering the easy drain tray. Any comments?

Dragon strand is awesome !!. We do not have the Atrium we have 2 Xlarge screen and it's awesome . We also have the drain tray the enclosure sits on it and I don't find it easy . I do most of the cleaning and dumping water . I use a shop vac but a Bucket would be easer to just dump . You may not have an issue depending where it set up .Looking for someone to give me a comparison on the Dragon strand Atrium. Looking to buy the large Clearside atrium. I'm not sure about the clear side but I can tell you the screen is way more durable then the repibreeze . I have the reptibreeze you can't compare The quality . I don't know about the clear side though .Although it's essentially the same thing as a Reptibreeze or other screen-frame cage, I found the DS to be sturdier, with less shimmy when you bump into it. I no longer have mine to check but it might be a heavier grade of screen frame.
Well what do you use now?Although it's essentially the same thing as a Reptibreeze or other screen-frame cage, I found the DS to be sturdier, with less shimmy when you bump into it. I no longer have mine to check but it might be a heavier grade of screen frame.

I'm setting up a large clear side right now. The ledges are pretty strong. I have several branches, great stuff foam, and 2 fully potted plants hanging on one ledge, and I'm sure I could put more.
The drip easy tray looks much nicer than other options, but it sits under the cage. When you want to empty it, you'll have to pick up your entire cage to get it.
The clear side material is pretty durable. Think of it like a very bendable plastic.
Could not agree more at certain times of year you can get a xl repti from Petco.com for as cheap as 65...hell that would be a good deal if it was made out of tinfoil and paper mache lol... don't get me wrong if u have the extra jack to spend DS is the way to go hands downDragonstrand atrium's are amazing, definitely worth it. That said, reptibreeze are a little underrated IMO. For the money they aren't bad at all.
I used a substrate tray, brick, drilled a hole, and water dropped into a bucket. Easiest set up ever. I want to do the same thing with this set up. Which is why I decided against the drain tray. I have no desire to suck up the water . I'm probably going to set up drainage a little bit better this time with cement or maybe a resin to create a slope. The drip easy tray is designed to use a crevice tool on a wet/dry vacuum. The little space at the front of the cage
You do not have to pick up the whole thing.
I'm moving to a house in a week which I am renting and most of house is later with hardwood flooring. So I really needed the Clearsides to make sure no water gets out and ruins anything. We had some extra money from savings so we decided to splurge. Maybe she already has the sub tray? Why can't you do the same thing to the drip tray?
Just drill a hole in that, it will look so clean and tidy.
