How is my set up?

I'm a new panther chameleon owner. I'm just looking to seek the wise advice of the knowledgeable members on this forum to tell me what I should add to my cage or if it is actually alright. I've had my panther chameleon for almost a week now and he seems to like it alright but I figured I would ask the pros.

Here is the cage: sorry for the side ways images.

I'd add more plants to fill it out, they like to hide in amongst the leaves.

Also lower that top branch as it looks a bit close to the lights/heat. 8 inches from the top should be about right.

I have another branch about 7-8 inches down and I just added that one going all the way across yesterday because he likes to chill all the way at the top.
Also my chameleon hes always climbing on top of the cage roof up side down and I dont know why?

But yes some more plants would probably be good. I shall pick up a ficus tree tomorrow!

If it's too close to the heat bulb, he could burn himself.

Yes I know it worry's me sometimes its just he doesn't want to go on the lower branches, and on top of that he likes to climb on the very top roof of the cage upside down so hes super close to the bulb and I don't know why. I don't want him to get burned.

They will climb as high as the opportunity you give them. If you lower the highest branch, he'll have no choice but to use that one.
