How is she looking?

She is around 3 months old. But she seems a little slow growing. Not growing near as fast as my male.

And when should I think about adding a basking spot?

She's looking very sweet, I think about 3 or 4 months is old enough for a basking spot. Depends on what temps you get without it but I think it's good psychologically to have a bask in the morning, as long as you keep the temp just below 80F. Females do grow slower and stay smaller than males.
