How much food?

I have had a lot of problems with my chameleons food. I hear people talking about how much they feed theirs but mine doesn't want to stop eating. He crawls out of the cage when I open it and looks around for food. I don't know if I'm under feeding him or overfeeding him but he eats super worms and small crickets. How much would you say I should feed him everyday?

mine never wants to stop eating either!! I give mine about 10-15 a day and then give him same kale and i stop there

He eats like 15 crickets daily

that should be fine. Maybe give him some other food also like fruits and veggies or maybe some type of worm (not mealworms tho. they are fine to give once and a while but it is fatty and hard to digest, i compare if to cake)

Something that helped me that I was told by others (since the amount needed changes as they grow) was to feed about 125% of the volume of your chams head each day. At least while they are growing. It was a good visual for me and helps to keep away from the how many/how big are the crickets/cham kind of confusion. With that being said, the advice was for my panther, but I would think it would be a reasonable guidline for veileds too, but if not someone feel free to correct me!
