How much should a 5month old yemen be eating

My yemen is 5months old now when should i start feeding her every other day? How often and how much?? At the mo she eats crickets and small grass hoppers 8-10 a day. Also would it be ok to start dusting her food with d3 only a couple of times a week?

ive been told to start every other day around the 6 month mark. Dusting with calcium with d3 should only be done twice a month. Dusting with calcium without d3 can be done at every feeding.

I would cut back to every other day soon. You only need to dust with D3 twice a month. You do need to dust with calcium without d3 at just about every feeding and a mulit vit. once a month.
