How much to feed my Baby!

Hi, I am new to owning Chameleons. I have owned Turtles and Snakes in the past, but never Chameleons. I have Purchased several books on them, but they do not discuss how much to feed them. I have a 6 month old baby Female Veiled Chameleon. Currently I am Feeding her anywhere from half a dozen to ten quarter inch crickets a day, i do dust them with Calcium with Vitamin D3.
It does not seem that she is growing too much, my main concern is that I may not be feeding her Enough! Can anyone give me some advice please! Any Help would be Greatly Appreciated! Thank you very much!

Feed her about 5-7 crickets every other day and keep her basking temp low if you dont want her making any eggs. Dust them with calcium without d3 most days, use calcium with d3 twice a month and use a multivitamin once a month.

Oncce they reach around 6 months of age their growth rate starts to slow - Amy suddenly waited 3 months between sheds whereas before that she was shedding every month. You should be using a plain calcium powder to dust at most feedings.
