My veiled was free. Found him in a bush near a shopping center parking lot. Still don't know how he got there.

most expensive was Mango and Charmeleon they were both $400 but that was after talking the people down in price and Mango came with a cage, stand, lights, plants, etc he was a surrender.

My first male veiled was about 4 yrs. old when I got him and he came with a 20 gal. tank (WAAYY TOO SMALL) and lighting etc. I believe that all this was $60.

Then I got 3 baby veileds (2F - 1M) apparently from different bloodlines for $100.

Erm.....................I bought him (hand selected) when there were kinda rare on Blue Bar Red Body Ambilobe...$500 for a 2.5 months old....not they are cheaper~!
