How often can I feed male veiled Butterworms?

I recently got Stewie some butterworms and he loves them! How often is it ok to feed them to him?

As far as I understand it theycan be fed like a staple, but of course you want to mix it up with hard shelled insects and other worms as well. When I have butter worms I usually have silk worms as well so I probably only use them once or twice a week because of all the other feeders. I also recently got hornworms, so it would probably be bumped to just once a week if I had them now as well.

I haven't used them for a while, but I think the fact that they look like waxworms holds a great appeal for chameleons! They are definitely a more healthy option than waxies.
