How often do i need to check?!?!?

My female veiled has laid 59 eggs in total and im so excited!
The things i need to know is how often do need to check them at this stage? because ive heard after so many months you open the containers up every 2 weeks or something like that so they get some air? Is this true?
Could someone point me in the right direction so i dont lose or go wrong with these little guys.

I punch two small holes in the lid. You are not suppose to open them very often.....I know it's hard not to look. A clear lid works nice.

Most people told me just to check once a week for the first month. This was just to make sure if there were any infertiles that were molding they could be removed as to not harm the good eggs. People said the mold won't usually harm the good eggs but i wasn't taking any chances with my precious panther eggs.
